Results
All targets achieved
All new and increased student recruitment targets were achieved. The internal design team had success with the advertising templates we produced for them. This cut their time spent on design and output by at least 50%.
Working with TWoA opened my eyes to different approaches operating in the community. At the start of this project, to gain a deeper insight into my client and their students, I studied part-time at TWoA to gain He Papa Tikanga, NZ Certificate in Tikanga (Mātauranga Māori).
He Papa Tikanga provided great insights into a Māori worldview. You learn about traditions, concepts, values and protocols and understand why Māori do things a certain way. Then you discover how to apply some of these concepts in your home, workplace and community.
It was good to challenge my thinking and reflect on my own beliefs and values and how they relate to those of other cultures.
